Can I use DiSC without an EPIC account?

Absolutely. However, many people often like to have their own EPIC accounts for the extra control and flexibility that it provides. Plus, our EPIC clients receive preferred pricing.

What software does EPIC require?

None. EPIC is an online platform - there's nothing for you to install or configure on your own computer. All you need is a web browser.

Do you have an EPIC tutorial or other resources to get me started?

Certainly. We send all our clients an EPIC Quick-Start Guide, and we'll schedule a phone call to walk you through your new EPIC account. Or just pick up the phone and call us anytime -  that's what we're here for!

What happens if I run out of EPIC credits?

There are three easy ways to add more EPIC credits to your account:

  1. Buy EPIC credits online
  2. Call us at +1.800.278.1292
  3. Establish an EPIC line of credit

 

 

What's the catch?  

There's no catch. EPIC has no license fee, no recurring monthly charge, no software to install, and no expiration date. You pay only for the DiSC profiles that you use. 

How do I know which DiSC test to use?
